SHOW INFORMATION: Please provide a detailed description of your show concept, including the medium, estimated number of works,approximate size and all elements to be included in the show. You may attach a separate sheet if needed. If the work is not yet complete, please provide examples of current and/or similar work to that being proposed. Please do not submit a proposal for work that has been previously shown in the Los Angles area.

MATERIALS: The following materials are accepted for submissions

5-10 slides of the work you are proposing for the show. Or examples of current work. Copies of photographs,transparencies and CD's are also accepted (Jpeg images only). Please include Title of work,Date created, Size and Medium.

Current artist statement

Current resume, press or any other pertinent information regarding yourself or art.

Self addressed stamped envelope.If you do not send a self addressed stamped envelope we can not send back your work.

Use the following slide format:


  • At the top, left-hand corner of the slide place/draw a red dot designating the top and front of the work.
  • In the top section, print your name.
  • In the bottom section, print the work's title, date, size and medium.

    • SLIDES THAT DO NOT HAVE THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
